Taking 2 weeks off made my body think I havent worked out in months, either that or I pushed myself harder these 3 days. Im really sore. As for my diet, still eating 6-7 meals a day. I have lost 3 pounds doing so. Hopefully thats fat the I gained from the two weeks. Anyway, good workout. I feel really tired. Gotta keep pushing.

Pushing over my limit wasn’t a good idea. I lasted a half hour into the routine before I took a long break to catch my breath. The workout after the break just went downhill. Felt like crap, like conditioning for the first time. I finished but I dont think I got best of it.
My meal plan so far. Carb loading.
5:00 am Protein Shake and banana
8:00 am Peanut Butter and Jelly on Wheat
11:00 A protein with greens. Low or No Carb.
2:00 (right after workout) PB&J with protein shake and banana
5:00 Snack. Fruits and or Nuts
7-8:00 Pm Greens w/ protein
A fruit 30min – 1 hr before sleep.
Lots of water throughout the day.
GOAL is to gain mass.
Supplements
Fish oil – breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2 per meal of 1k mg = 300 mg omega 3 each.
Jacked with creatine pre workout
Whey protein – breakfast and post workout
Cellmass before bed.
This will be my intake for the next 3 weeks to see how it affects me.
Outside of the P90x Classic routine. I will put in cardio 3-4 times a week.

Last day of rest, Round 2 begins tmrw.
Its close to 2 weeks since I finished Round 1. It was good timing as the 2 weeks off gave me time to work on my finals. Now that its finished, I am able to start round 2 at the right time. My last 3 weeks here and my rest week will be on the road. Fun.

Im happy to say, Round 1 of P90x is done. I plan on making a video sometime soon but im having a few draw backs. First, my camera broke so I havent had a chance to take my last pics for Day 90. Second, my Mac is put on hold until sometime the end of this month so i wont be able to make the video until then. But for now, here is my front shots of Days 1 – 75. Round 2 will start July 26. This way my timing is good when I take the week long drive to Florida which lands on Week 4. Rest week. I can do cardios and stretches in the hotel. I will be changing a few things from my the first round. Heavier weights, yoga as well as a few other things.

It seems like it was only a few weeks ago when I started this. Time goes by way too fast. Today was a good day, didn’t over do it with the workout. Had a few drinks last night which made most of my day on the down side. This last week have been really lazy due to the fact that im on vacation mode. I’ll push a little harder these last 8 days and see how everything turns out. A few changes that i’ve made in the last phase was adding more carbs to my diet. I’ve tried to eat more but I still see no change in weight. My other concern is that the program doesn’t have enough cardio and this can be one key to help drop my BF lower. Im fluctuate from around 8.2 to 9.1 depending on the time of day and when i last had my meal intake. We’ll see how it goes the last few days to see if my results change a bit more.

This week was pretty good. It felt nice going back to the same workouts from Phase 1. Now to adapt to Phase 2′s workout. My diet has changed a bit. I took my carb intake to consideration. I noticed that I didnt have a big jump in weight change throughout the last 60 days and it could be from my low intake. I kept any high carbs out of my diet, did not eat bread, pasta or any form of starchy food. Kept with high protein through shakes and poultry with as much fruits and veges that i can eat. I decided to add atleast one big meal with carbs. Tonight I had spaghetti, yesterday I had a sandwich. I’ll see by the end of the week if it makes a change. As of now, I havent checked my weight, but my bf% has maintained a in the 9%. It hits the 8% range after my workouts. My inguinal lines are showing, nothing extreme but hope it shows more in the next couple of weeks. Ab routine is still being done every other day, and I plan on doing deadlifts on ab off days. Not sure if this will hurt my recovery or not? I’ll see in two weeks. For now, im still enjoying it. Day 64 tmrw. 27 Days left.

Chest and Back. It felt great. I maxed out in my routines and noticed a big jump in reps for each workout. I still have trouble with pull ups the second time around, so i do what i can and switch to the green bands and max out. I tried to put more pressure by doing the first round of push ups on a decline. I felt the burn but couldnt do it in round 2. Still did better than previous which is a plus! 3 more days until day 60. I’ll try and get more pics up as soon as i can.

During my rest week, I followed the guide as far as core synergistics, kempo and stretch. I skipped yoga and replaced it with kempo. It was basically and easy week, every other day, i did the ab ripper and some light weight lifting and push ups/pull ups. nothing intense. I need to work on the core synergistics. I get tired too easily and its an awesome work out. I may switch my yogas for that. Sorry to say, im still not happy with yoga, maybe i’ll take it more seriously in round 2? who knows.

Day 47 was supposed to be legs and back but i got too busy and didnt have enough time to do any routine so i made it my rest day. Day 48, i did chest and back. Today, Day 49, i did kempo instead of resting. I figured it worked out either way since tmrw, Day 50 starts my 8th week. Rest Week!
I plan on doing light weight routines while i do yoga, stretch, core and kempo. My progress in the change of my body is lightly changing. My carbs intake is very low and i wonder if this is the case. I am bigger from when i started, my waist has changed the most, but outside of that, i see short gain but not too much. My weight is still around 151-153 every i check after each workout. My diet is high in protein, very high in liquids. Lots of water and protein shakes. Ive been taking Jack3d since day 20 and creatine since day 26. I was thinking about stopping creatine to shed my water mass and see where my body is. Will this be a good idea or keep at it for another month before stopping? Other supplements that I take are fish oil, 6 grams with about 1800 mg of EPA and DHA. Just started so im not sure how long before i see any difference if any. We shall see.

I didnt have time to post the other days. But things went well, nothing different. I pushed myself harder. Pull ups are getting easier and im doing more reps in all my exercises. I need to get bigger weights for certain routines. For day 46, i’ve decided to switch yoga with Cardio X. Theres a bit of yoga in there, i think this will help shed some fat without so much muscle tension. I found the Stretch X routine to be awesome so I will not be having a rest day from now on.
