Chest and Back. It felt great. I maxed out in my routines and noticed a big jump in reps for each workout. I still have trouble with pull ups the second time around, so i do what i can and switch to the green bands and max out. I tried to put more pressure by doing the first round of push ups on a decline. I felt the burn but couldnt do it in round 2. Still did better than previous which is a plus! 3 more days until day 60. I’ll try and get more pics up as soon as i can.
